Glassware – Rocks Glass
Ingredients
2 oz. Cognac
½ Lemon Cut into Wedges
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
6-8 Mint Leaves
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Directions: In a cocktail shaker, first muddle the ½ lemon cut into wedges. Then add the rest of the ingredients and fill the shaker with ice. Shake to a slow 13 count and double strain through a cocktail strainer or a mesh kitchen strainer over ice into a rocks glass.
