Nestled on a 2.4-acre oceanfront plot at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, this tower is more than a place to live – it’s a landmark. This stretch of Florida’s Atlantic coastline is known for its glamour, and the Bentley Residences both honors and elevates that heritage.

When a brand like Bentley steps into real estate, expectations are high. Bentley Residences Miami is exceeding them. Rising from the shores of Sunny Isles Beach, this tower isn’t just another luxury condo – it’s a statement. A glamorously engineered vertical home that blends high design, car culture, and resort-style living.
Developed by Dezer Development in partnership with Bentley Motors, Bentley Residences is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the same firm behind iconic branded towers like the Porsche Design Tower. The 61-story building (about 749 feet tall) will become the tallest residential structure on a U.S. beachfront.
Its cylindrical glass houses 216 units, all framed by panoramic, floor-to-ceiling windows that capture both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Externally, the design is deeply rooted in Bentley’s signature aesthetic. The façade is made of triangulated glass panels arranged in a diamond-like pattern, evoking the quilted leather stitching found in Bentley cars.
This diamond motif isn’t purely decorative, it’s structurally expressive, lending a shimmering, sculptural quality to the tower.
Perhaps the most unique and brazen feature of the building is a patented car elevator system, dubbed the “Dezervator,” which is located in the building’s core. This isn’t just convenience – it’s theater. Residents can drive their cars directly up to their units, where they’re stored in in-unit multi-car garages (up to 3 or 4 cars per residence).
Interiors and Living Spaces

Inside the units, Bentley’s influence endures. Finishes include wood plank flooring, custom cabinetry, and stone or quartz surfaces. The balconies are generous and thoughtfully planned – not mere ledges, but private terraces often equipped with heated plunge pools, summer kitchens, outdoor showers, and saunas.
Floor plans are spacious, and some residences reportedly span between 3,500 and 9,000 square feet, depending on layout. Details are everywhere… even the door handles and fixtures carry the diamond motif that echoes Bentley’s automotive design.
In the building, climate control is smart, kitchens are fully equipped (think Gaggenau appliances), and the overall feel is meticulously curated.
Amenities and Lifestyle
Bentley Residences isn’t just about living, it’s about indulgence. The amenity program, which comprises over 20,000 square feet of shared space, includes those in the more common categories – a three-story ocean-view from the lobby, a lobby bar and restaurant (with soaring 33-foot-high windows), and wellness spaces – gym, spa, and beauty salon. But it also includes the unique as well – a richly appointed whiskey bar and a cigar lounge, a private cinema designed to evoke the interior of a Bentley car, and beach cabanas.
Importantly, sustainability has not been an afterthought. The building aims for Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) certification, and locally sourced materials are used throughout the property.
This isn’t just a luxury condominium building. It’s a physical expression of the Bentley brand. Bentley’s design team collaborated on both the exterior and interiors, bringing in subtle cues like chrome finishes, textured metal, and the diamond motif that’s central to their automotive aesthetics. The goal? To translate the feeling of driving a Bentley into a unique residential experience: sophisticated, powerful, and elegant.
Expected completion: Late 2027 (some sources say the end of 2027)
Pricing & market: As a niche, branded-luxury residence with high automotive crossover appeal, it targets ultra-high-net-worth buyers, car enthusiasts, and those looking for a high-status, design-driven coastal home.
